Length and width dimensions for mattresses and box springs have a tolerance range of ± 1” for standard sizes (Twin, Full, Queen & King) and ± 1 ½” for custom sizes (Twin XL, Full XL, California King, etc.).
Twin
Twin size mattresses are the smallest standard size available and are approximately 38" x 75".
Queen
Queen size mattresses are the most popular standard size available and are approximately 60" x 80".
King
King size mattresses are the largest standard size available and are approximately 76" x 80".
California King
California King size mattresses are longer and narrower than regular Kings and are approximately 72" x 84".
